  • Courtland Reichman has over 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer specializing in high-stakes intellectual property and commercial litigation. A seasoned trial veteran for both plaintiffs and defendants, Courtland has secured over a billion dollars in verdicts for his clients.

  • Christine Lehman, Managing Partner of RJLF’s Washington, D.C. office, is a distinguished trial lawyer with over 25 years of experience in intellectual property litigation across diverse technical fields. She also has considerable expertise in litigating Section 337 patent cases at the ITC and manages IP cases in courts nationwide while coordinating global patent litigation strategies.

  • Khue Hoang, Co-Managing Partner of RJLF’s New York office, has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in high-stakes patent infringement and licensing disputes. A former semiconductor engineer, Khue infuses her technical background and industry insights with her courtroom skills to effectively guide clients through their most complex intellectual property issues.

  • Matthew Berkowitz has acted as lead counsel for clients in more than 20 district court and post-grant proceedings and has successfully argued multiple matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Leveraging his technical background, Matt’s experience cuts across a broad spectrum of technologies, including consumer electronics, memory systems, various automotive systems, and software and networking technologies.
