RJLF Earns Top-Tier Ranking and Partner Honors in 2026 Legal 500
Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP (RJLF) has achieved a Tier 1 ranking for Intellectual Property in New York in the 2026 Legal 500 US Elite guide. This recognition underscores the firm’s consistent performance in the legal industry and its proven track record in handling high-stakes patent litigation matters.
Partner Recognition in Key Practice Areas
Four RJLF partners received individual top-tier rankings for their work across key practice areas.
Commercial Litigation – Tier 1
Michael Feldberg: Michael's notable commercial litigation work includes his defense of Barclays Bank in a complex matter involving $8 billion in potential damages. The case resulted in a settlement for Barclays and its co-defendants amounting to less than 1% of the potential exposure—a significant victory in high-stakes financial litigation.
Intellectual Property – Tier 1
The firm’s Intellectual Property team also secured several individual accolades, reflecting recent major victories in the courtroom.
Khue Hoang and Jaime Cardenas-Navia: Khue and Jaime were instrumental in securing a $673 million patent infringement victory for Kove IO, Inc. against Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS)—a landmark case involving foundational cloud storage technology capable of managing hundreds of trillions of data objects. This verdict was one of the largest surviving patent verdicts of the year.
Patrick Colsher: Patrick played a key role in Dawgs Footwear’s Federal Circuit win against Crocs, where the court reversed a district court decision. Crocs must now face allegations of violating federal false advertising laws by misleadingly claiming its shoes are made of "patented" materials. The case has now returned to district court.
Both the Kove and Dawgs cases received numerous awards from industry publications, including both being recognized as Managing IP’s Impact Cases of the Year.
