Benchmark Litigation Honors Partners Lehman and Jorgensen Among Its 2026 Top 250 Women in Litigation

 

Benchmark Litigation has named partners Christine Lehman and Sarah Jorgensen to its 2026 "Top 250 Women in Litigation" list.

Christine has litigated patent cases for three decades in federal district courts and at the International Trade Commission, where she has tried 16 cases. She is Managing Partner of the firm's Washington, D.C. office, and she has helped the firm recover more than $1.3 billion for clients since it opened.

Sarah, a founding partner of the firm, has spent more than 30 years as a trial lawyer, handling complex commercial cases across energy, antitrust, intellectual property, and tort, at trial and on appeal.
