Stephen Bosco is a trial lawyer and intellectual property litigator with over a decade of experience representing clients in high-stakes patent, trade secret, and complex commercial disputes.
Stephen has worked across a variety of industries, including consumer electronics, medical devices, software, and automotive technologies. His practice spans federal district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and post-grant reviews before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Stephen has extensive trial experience, having served as a key member of trial teams in both jury and bench trials, as well as ITC investigations.
Stephen served in the U.S. Navy for nearly a decade, first on active duty from 2004 to 2010 and later as a Lieutenant Commander in the Reserves until 2013. During his military career, he deployed to the Western Pacific and Iraq, serving as a Surface Warfare Officer. After leaving active duty, Stephen pursued his legal education, earning his J.D., cum laude, from George Mason University School of Law in 2013. While in law school, he served as a Legal Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Armed Services, where he gained valuable experience in legislative and defense-related legal matters.
Before joining RJLF, Stephen worked at several leading law firms, including Am Law 100 leaders Husch Blackwell LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
