Peter Mastroianni is Chief Innovation Officer and AI Partner at Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP, where he leads the firm’s strategic integration of artificial intelligence across litigation and operations. With over 30 years of experience at the intersection of law and technology, Peter has consistently been at the forefront of legal technology innovation, and now dedicates his practice exclusively to the evaluation, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions in legal workflows.

Peter leads the firm’s AI Task Force, a multidisciplinary team responsible for evaluating emerging AI technologies, implementing best-in-class tools, and developing bespoke solutions tailored to the firm’s litigation needs. His work centers on leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, improve accuracy, and deliver strategic advantage in complex disputes.

Before transitioning fully into AI leadership, Peter built a distinguished practice in ESI, e-discovery, electronic evidence, information governance, and knowledge management. As Discovery Counsel, he oversaw the collection, review, and production of documents in high-stakes litigation, utilizing both human expertise and advanced analytics to achieve optimal results. His clients have included leading companies such as Arconic, Alcoa, Merial, Rambus, and Corning.

In addition to his litigation work, Peter has advised organizations on information governance and compliance strategies designed to minimize risk and maximize operational efficiency.

As a founding partner of Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP, Peter played a central role in building the firm’s technological infrastructure. His background in entrepreneurship, combined with his deep technical fluency, positioned him to drive innovation from the firm’s inception. In his current role, he continues to design and implement forward-looking systems that integrate AI into every aspect of the firm’s practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Peter was at McKool Smith, where he managed large-scale document reviews and productions in complex cases, often coordinating teams of hundreds of attorneys.

Peter earned his J.D., with distinction, from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review and served as a summer intern to the Honorable Dorothy Eisenberg in the Eastern District of New York. He holds a degree in philosophy from Swarthmore College.
