Courtland Reichman Speaks on IP Law Symposium Panel

 

Partner Courtland Reichman will join a panel at the Intellectual Property Law Symposium on Tuesday, April 29, presented by the Northern District of California Federal Practice Program.

The panel will explore strategies and mechanics for making and defending Daubert challenges to expert witnesses, including a discussion of the pending Federal Circuit en banc case EcoFactor v. Google. Courtland will also be presenting a mock argument.
