Nathan Mammen Speaks at the 36th Annual Judicial Conference

RJLF Partner Nathan Mammen will speak at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims' 36th Annual Judicial Conference, taking place on September 24, 2026, at The National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

Nathan will join Esther Liebfarth, Senior Managing Attorney at the National Veterans Legal Services Program, and Will Rayel, Senior Trial Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice, for a presentation titled "Military Pay Primer." The session will be moderated by the Honorable Edward H. Meyers.
