RJLF Promotes Naveed Hasan to Counsel

Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP has announced the promotion of Naveed Hasan to Counsel. Based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, Hasan brings over a decade of experience in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on complex patent disputes.

Hasan’s technical expertise, rooted in his computer science background and his tenure at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, has been instrumental in achieving significant victories for clients. He played a key role in securing a $673 million judgment for Kove IO against AWS and an $84 million willful patent infringement verdict for Cirba against VMware. His work spans a wide range of technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing, augmented reality, and medical devices.

In addition to his litigation successes, Hasan has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications, developed innovative patent protection strategies, and authored thought leadership pieces on key intellectual property topics.

“We’re so pleased to recognize Naveed’s contributions with this well-deserved promotion to Counsel,” said Jennifer Estremera, Managing Partner of RJLF. “His technical acumen, strategic thinking, and commitment to client success exemplify the values of our firm.”

Hasan earned his J.D. from Pace Law School and his B.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
