David King Appointed to Cincinnati Bar Association Board of Trustees
Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg is pleased to announce that partner David King has been appointed to the Cincinnati Bar Association's Board of Trustees.
The CBA's 24-member Board provides strategic oversight and governance for one of Ohio's leading bar associations, setting policy on membership, professional standards, and the administration of the organization. David's appointment reflects his growing leadership within the Cincinnati legal community and his commitment to advancing the profession.
Based in Cincinnati and Washington, D.C., David is a trial and appellate lawyer who handles high-stakes commercial litigation spanning antitrust, trade secrets, consumer protection, white collar defense, and breach of contract matters. He recently played a pivotal role in securing a complete acquittal in a landmark federal criminal antitrust trial brought by the Department of Justice against individuals in the $28 billion broiler chicken industry. The victory was recognized as "Behavioural Matter of the Year 2023 (Americas)" by Global Competition Review and drew widespread national media coverage.
A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School with Highest Honors, David clerked for Judge David S. Tatel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and previously served as an attorney with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Before law school, he was a Peace Corps volunteer in Mozambique.
