Naveed Hasan is an attorney in Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP’s Washington, D.C. office. He focuses on intellectual property disputes. Naveed leverages his technical background, and experience at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and private practice to tackle complex patent matters.

Naveed has participated in numerous post-grant proceedings at the USPTO, including inter partes review proceedings, reissue examination, and ex parte reexamination proceedings. He has also worked on federal circuit appeals and litigation support projects.

Naveed has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications. Naveed has extensive experience with every phase of the patent prosecution process, including preparing applications, responding to Office Actions, and ex parte appeals. He has also assisted domestic and foreign clients to develop patent protection strategies, including invention harvesting, conducting patentability assessments, and developing continuation application strategies. 

Naveed’s experience spans several areas of technology, including audio/video streaming, AdTech, blockchain, bioinformatics, FinTech, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, GPU processing, database technologies, LiDAR, augmented/virtual reality, ray tracing, cloud computing, 3D art, electrical image timing signal circuits, autonomous robot devices, GPU parallel processing structures, LCD/LED display screen structures, image processing, and medical devices.
