Joshua Spiegel is a litigator with experience in criminal, civil, and regulatory enforcement matters, including white-collar investigations, antitrust, and trade secret cases.

Before joining RJLF, Joshua was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, where he honed his skills in witness interviews, depositions, and immigration court hearings. He also served as a law clerk in the Southern District of West Virginia.

Joshua is deeply committed to pro bono work and community service. He has successfully acted as pro bono asylum counsel for the Executive Office for Immigration Review. He has also provided pro bono work to organizations such as Orleans Public Defenders, the National Center for Law and Economic Justice, and the New York Court of Appeals’ Civil Justice Program.

A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where he earned a merit-based full-tuition scholarship, Joshua served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law and Business Review and participated in extramural moot court. He holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from Northeastern University.
