Jeremiah Collins focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation.

A graduate of New York University School of Law, Jeremiah was a member of OUTLaw, an organization dedicated to promoting awareness and understanding about LGBTQ+ issues in the legal sphere. He also was a member of the Suspension Representation Project, an advocacy group whose mission is to ensure fair hearings for students who are facing suspension.

Prior to law school, Jeremiah worked as a legal assistant at GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders, where he worked on high-stakes strategic civil rights litigation in cases such as Doe v. Trump, challenging the U.S. government’s policy of excluding transgender individuals from military service.

Jeremiah received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and M.S. in Nuclear Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was a member of the Alpha Nu Sigma National Honor Society. He also published research on grid-scale battery technologies and arms control treaty verification.

In his free time, Jeremiah enjoys seeing live music, hiking, and cooking.
