With more than 30 years’ experience in law firm management, Diane Miller is Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP’s Chief Operating Officer. She has primary responsibility for the firm’s operational management and oversees all financial and administrative functions of the firm. As a member of the firm’s leadership team, she enhances the firm’s productivity and efficiency to deliver innovative services to our clients.

Diane’s extensive professional services expertise encompasses human resources, accounting, compliance, risk management, and information systems. Her administrative experience also includes supervising and managing all personnel, overseeing talent acquisition and retention strategies, professional development, salary administration, and performance evaluations, among others. 

Prior to joining the firm, Diane held senior management positions in two Am Law 100 firms as the Regional Director of Administration with King & Spalding LLP and Director of Administration with Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.

Diane also serves on the Law360 Legal Industry Editorial Advisory Board (2022-2023).
