Gina Cremona is counsel in Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP’s Silicon Valley office. Gina has extensive experience in all aspects of patent litigation in multiple forums including district and appellate court, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Her experiences span a wide range of technologies including semiconductor fabrication, cybersecurity systems, mobile telecommunications, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, computer vision, and DNA analysis tools.

Prior to joining RJLF, Gina was at a patent litigation boutique, where she represented clients in multiple forums, including securing from the ITC a Limited Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order prohibiting the importation of infringing products into the United States. She obtained successful determinations at the PTAB as both patent owner and petitioner. She also represented clients in both the U.S. District Court of Delaware and U.S. District Court of Massachusetts before securing a favorable eve of trial settlement ending the parties’ multi-front battle.

Gina was a patent litigation associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where she represented Minerva Surgical and successfully defended against a preliminary injunction on patents related to medical devices after expedited discovery and hearing. She was also a patent litigation associate at Ropes & Gray where she represented Spansion Inc. in a large set of multi-patent cases related to flash memory technology, securing a settlement to the multi-forum dispute following a trial before the ITC.

Gina has also clerked for the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and for the Honorable Otis D. Wright II in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California as part of the Patent Pilot Program.

Gina earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school she interned at both the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to law school, Gina attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned her M.S. in Chemical Engineering. Gina’s graduate research was focused on designing and fabricating microfluidic devices for biological assays. Gina also attended Cornell University, where she earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering.
